Description
A leading pharmaceutical company focused on the research and development of therapeutic compounds to treat antibody-mediated autoimmune diseases is looking for a an organic chemist.

Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the design and synthesis of small molecules as potential drugs for autoimmune diseases using a broad spectrum of organic synthetic techniques; conducting drug discovery techniques including structure-activity (SAR) studies and pharmacokinetic studies; and conducting organic synthetic techniques including one and two-dimensional multinuclear NMR, mass spectroscopy analysis, TLC>HPLC and infrared spectroscopy.

Qualifications:
A BS and 5 years experience or MS and 2 years experience. Experience process development in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is essential.
