Description
An multinational engineering company is looking for an organic chemist with experience in a chemical process plant for their start-up company. The job requires very broad based responsibilities in a multi-product facility, including design/modification, process troubleshooting, and plant projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in troubleshooting analytical problems, developing new analytical methods, validating analytical methods, improving productivity, and supporting new product introductions.

Qualification:
Applicants must have good communication skills; ability to work closely with others in a small but focused research setting. BS in chemistry or other applicable degree; more than 2 years of experience in plant process and analytical chemistry is preferred.
