APHRS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Spurrier, Martin and Veatch SA. (S.M.V), an European firm, established in 1990 and based in Brussels, focusing on human resource recruitment and management.

APHRS which is the Asian outlet of SMV is working out of Hong Kong, throughout Asia and specializes in supplying skilled personnel from the Middle East and Africa to Asian companies and projects. The company mainly provides technical manpower to the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, IT and Infrastructure construction industries.

APHRS applies high standards of confidentiality, working personally with senior management of global corporations in order to provide the fittest candidates professionally as well as regionally. At company headquarters, we have 60 consultants, all industrial specialists helping to identify these suitable candidates.
